Class Details:

This offering will begin with an initial candidate skill set assessment followed by actual welding performance testing. Candidates must pass this assessment to move to the hands-on testing and documentation processing.

AWS D1.1 Structural Welding (steel)  4 bends - $150

AWS D1.1, AWS D1.2, and ASME IX fillet weld submitted - $150 in addition to registration $150

About the assessor 

Todd Creasman will be the assessor and tester for the qualification. 

ToddHello and welcome to Welder Qualification! My name is Evan “Todd” Creasman and I look forward to helping you obtain the welding credentials needed to improve your career opportunities. I have over 33 years of experience in all phases of the industry including: construction, manufacturing, maintenance, piping systems, and motorsports. I hold dual certifications with the American Welding Society as an Inspector and Educator. I am also an authorized OSHA trainer by the United States Department of Labor. I am the Welding Department Chair at Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College and I own a small welding and fabrication business.
